Emily Kearney, Esq. serves clients throughout the metropolitan New York City area in the fields of matrimonial and family law. Prior to opening her own practice, Emily started her career as an associate at Zelenitz, Shapiro & D’Agostino, P.C., where she represented hundreds of clients in New York State Supreme, Family and Appellate Courts in divorce, child custody, child support, and ACS/CPS matters for eight years. Emily has experience in complex cases at both the trial and appellate level, as well as in negotiating favorable out of court settlements.

Emily graduated from Columbus Law School at the Catholic University of America in 2015, where she served on a clinic serving low income family law clients, and worked as a law clerk for Silis and Associates, a family law firm based in Alexandria, Virginia. Emily also was a judicial intern for the Honorable Anthony Epstein in the Family Court Division in the D.C. Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
